Say goodbye to store-bought coleslaw dressings! We’ll show you how easy it is to whip up a creamy, homemade coleslaw dressing with ingredients you likely already have in your kitchen.
In a small bowl, add mayonnaise, horseradish cream, Dijon mustard, maple syrup and apple cider vinegar together.
Mix salad dressing well until combined.

Notes
If you don't have horseradish cream, you can leave it out altogether. Alternatively, use ½ teaspoon celery seeds instead of horseradish cream if you have it available in the pantry.
Use honey or rice malt syrup as a maple syrup substitute to add sweetness and balance the creaminess.
Substitute half the mayo with Greek yoghurt or sour cream for a lighter version of the coleslaw dressing.
For vegan coleslaw dressing, use your favourite vegan mayonnaise brand.
